Eating out when you have an allergy, intolerance or food preference can be a nightmare. You worry if there's anything you can eat and, those with severe allergies, need to feel safe and confident that their food and drinks have no cross-contamination. You'll see from the main menu (top of each page) that we regularly prepare foods that are gluten-free and those which are suitable for vegans and vegetarians. Moreover you can speak directly to the kitchen team. Please make sure you've spoken to your guests beforehand to determine whether there are any allergies or food preferences so that we can cater for them. It's difficult to change a party package around allergies on the day as stock is ordered specific to your menu.

Once you're ready to book, we'll ask for a deposit to secure your date. The balance is then paid on or around the time of your chosen date; whatever is agreed at your consultation

There is a wide range of food available for priate events. This ranges from sandwiches with tea and coffee, to hot buffets or full tapas service and grazing boards. You'll meet with our team to paint a picture of the event you wish to create, then we'll do all the work to design a bespoke food option for your guests. There are set food packages but within those there is wiggle room to create something specific for you and your guests

It's your party, so absolutely. Ofcourse there's an understanding that allergy rules and proper preparation applies, but you are very welcome to bring a cake. This is, though, the only food or drink you can bring on to the premises. You can appoint a party decorator, invite entertainment, bring balloons - it's up to you!

Our bar team have been known to belt out a few bangers but if it's pros you want, you're in the right place. Carouse has live music 2-3 times every single week so we have a long lists of musicians. Whilst we don't book them for you, we can introduce you to some incredible acts and show you videos of them performing.

No. We don't charge a fixed fee for hire. You choose your package and there is a price per head. We look for a minimum number of people depending on the event time and the day/ time and all the details are discussed with you when booking your event so there are no shocking surprises along the way. Once you have the total price for your event, you'll pay your deposit (to secure the date) and you can either pay in chunks along the way or settle the balance on or before the day of your celebration.
